Most orders will ship on the Same Day if you order before 3 PM EDT on Working Days (Monday-Friday aside from Federal Holidays). Check our Shipping Policy for full details!

Don’t worry, we’re on it! We ensure all of our hats are packaged first inside a protective poly bag, then inside of a sturdy cardboard box to protect your hat from both moisture and shipping hazards.

Yep! We take lots of ultra high quality photos so you can see the exact condition of every hat in our store - then you can choose if you want to only buy hats that show very little signs of being worn or if a more broken-in hat is more your style. Scratches, marks and wrinkles are character for a hat, and so we sell them alongside those with a more traditional clean look.

Sorry, No. We only sell hats and give refunds to the original purchase method.

We ship most of our orders through the US Post Office, though larger orders may ship via FedEx or UPS depending on shipping times and rates. If you need a specific carrier, please contact us before placing your order.

We cannot accept international purchases at this time, even to Canada. We are working on getting this operational though, so please check back with us in the future!
