Refund policy
At Hat Authority we stand behind our products and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Within 60 days after the purchase date we will happily accept a return for any reason and refund your order to the original method of payment.
In order to receive your refund:
- All items must be received in the condition they were sent out. If your order had stickers or tags they must still be attached, and there should not be any damage or blemishes that were not already noted in the pictures on the listing.
- Returns must be started within 60 days of the Purchase Date.
How Do I Start a Return?
Please Email Us at questions@hatauthority.com to start your return. Including a brief description of why you would like to return your order and any helpful pictures can help us process the return faster! Once we have accepted your return, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can send your order back to us. Â
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Refunds are issued within 10 days after we have received the return at our warehouse.Â
All refunds return back to the original form of payment, and may take 2-3 days to post depending on your financial institution.
Can I Exchange My Order for Another Item?
We do not offer exchanges or trades at this time. All refunds will be given to the original method of payment only.
I received my order as a gift, how do I return my item?
You can start a return and ship the purchase back to us as normal, but we will refund only to the original method of payment.
Why Can I Not Return This Purchase?
- The purchase was made over 60 days ago.
- The item was a final sale or markdown that was sold as non-returnable. This will be stated clearly in the item description.
